Service Description

Finish your session with time in the sauna and cold plunge. This heat-to-cold sequence helps calm inflammation, improve tissue recovery, and lock in the work we’ve done. One Round of Contrast Therapies takes about 15-20 minutes. Two Rounds of contrast takes about 25-40min

Cancellation Policy

Late Cancelation Policy: Your appointments are very important to the E3 team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Deciding to cancel once you received a 24hr Reminder Email/Text is considered late. Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a $60.00 charge of the reserved service amount. The appointment may be taken off of a contract/package or charged individually.
