What to Expect
At E3 Massage my mission is simple: To provide high quality, individualized treatment that makes a difference in how you feel and move!
I can help active adults get out of pain fast so they can get back to living life!
Bodywork & massage sessions can be booked in 60 or 90 minute sessions.
each session is customizable to fit your needs including the use of different pressures and modalities such as cupping.
After the session is complete, Corrective Stretches and/or exercises will be shown and practiced for you to perform at home, office or at the gym . These correctives are based on my findings and observations during the massage. They are intended to help my clients continue their therapy outside of my studio to optimize their results for longer, sustainable health.
if you are looking for a more sports or clinical oriented session, be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing that can be rolled up or moved .
If you are wanting a more relaxing, stress relieving session, you may choose to undress to your comfort level with traditional massage draping applied.
Be sure to specify what you are looking for when you contact E3!

is a type of manual therapy that focuses on the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain. In addition to treating specific injuries, OM is used to increase range of motion, decrease and manage pain and restore normal body movement and function.
Sports massage is done with a goal in mind. Sports massage can be used before an event to help optimize performance, or after an event to promote recovery.
Deep tissue massage is used in conjunction with Swedish techniques with a firmer pressure and works on structures deeper in the body. The therapist will often use fists, thumbs, elbows and forearms to get a firmer pressure.
Swedish massage is the basis of all other massage. It is relaxing in nature and helps promote general circulation and relieves stress.
